Infections in France were caused by the same strain as in Germany. There are hypotheses that shuffled that some infections were not sprouted shoots, but by water from irrigation or poor hygienic conditions. In Gallic territory contagion affect 10 persons, while in Germany 40 people have already died. The European Commission (EC) is in contact with authorities in France and Germany for trying to establish a link between outbreaks of the aggressive strain of e. coli that have occurred in these two countries, according to a spokesman for the EU Executive has announced. The French Government has confirmed to Brussels that the ten cases so far recorded in the southwest of France were caused by little common strain 104 of the bacterium e. coli, the same that has caused 40 deaths in Germany since it was detected the outbreak by mid May. The Commission seeks a possible link between the cases in France and Germany and makes questions about the possible source of infection, as he has stated the spokesperson for health and consumption of the Commission, Frederic Vincent.

According to Paris, seven of the ten people in hospital in Bordeaux with infections of e. coli and bloody diarrhea Thompson & Morgan, had consumed germinated seeds of the British company by that point to this as the source of the outbreak. France has called on London that you perform analysis on the ground to check whether the focus of infection is in the company based in Ipswich, while the Commission has requested an exchange of information with Germany to determine the root cases. Brussels is considering the hypothesis that the source of infection is in sprouts outbreaks that were then planted seeds the holdings of Germany and United Kingdom. We have asked the German authorities to investigate if the problem could be caused by contaminated seeds, said the spokesman. Another possibility is that the contagion in France not caused by grains already contaminated, if not by a contagion on the ground through the irrigation water or poor conditions hygienic, added Vincent. At the moment more cases in other Member States have not been detected nor triggered the rapid alert food (RASFF) system, although this could be implemented during the next few days, according to Vincent.

In any case, the Commission will be cautious at the time noted the information sent by the Member States and give its go-ahead to the alert in order to avoid another case like the cucumbers, added the spokesman. Cases of Bordeaux are the second outbreak of e. coli in two weeks in France, after the eight children in Lille (North of the country) infections, caused by the ingestion of ground beef purchased in a German supermarket chain. Some entrepreneurs, beyond a mere marketing strategy, they are already sensitive to these needs, and not asking them the presence by the presence, they establishing working models based on objectives, and not in number of hours present at the workplace, flexible working hours or allow part of working at home. It was Coca Cola which launched an ad, in which a worker was applauded by all his colleagues, to go before his boss, something that work until we do not change of paradigm and belief, for some will not be an unrealizable dream. John Scott, Chairman of the auditing and consulting firm KPMG, in Spain, explained in one of his papers that, in Spain, when told the workers that they can go to six, are not due to a cultural brake, and invited employers to change this cultural brake on the same line did employees know that what counts is the work you do, and that see you that you do, because there is no award for work until nine or ten in the evening. We agree that the answer to all of this, has to be individual, however, the employer or Director has special responsibility in workers to leverage all their hours labor, on behalf also of the worker, e.g. avoiding downtime is virtually impossible to do anything will give planning objectives by deadlines, designing, or preparing meetings with clear objectives and strict starting and ending times. Require punctuality avoids major loss of time those who are punctual. Managers are the mirror, in which employees, look at on how to effectively use the time of work, and very often, are them that have serious shortcomings to well manage his time. The National Commission for the rationalization of Spaniards schedules, with the aim of facilitating the reconciliation between family and working life elaborated the Decalogue for the rationalization of schedules in the labour market, with the aim of eradicating the habits that are detrimental to productivity and promoting the rationalization of schedules.

Simply quote them succinctly: 1. separate the personal labour. 2 Prioritize: not everything is urgent. 3. Learn to say no. 4 Schedule. 5 Be respectful with their time and others. 6.

Be punctual. 7. Avoid and, as far as possible, combat Presenteeism. 8. Convene meetings only when necessary. 9 Organize their meetings so that they do not extend beyond than it should. 10. Replace working meals by working breakfasts. Finally, no one escapes that increase the relations between company and family leads to an improvement in the quality of employment and quality of life, but this implies maturity of all the agents involved and a change in the way we place ourselves before the labour. What is clear, is that an increase in productivity, a decline in absenteeism, physical and mental, and a better picture of our company can be achieved with the conciliation.
